Hello Polar Parents

Summer is in full swing. We have been learning about all the sea creatures in the ocean. We will still make one or two more ocean crafts and then we are headed up to the top of the ocean and have some “Fun in the Sun.” We have lots of fun beach crafts for the children to do, They are going to have a blast.

Dehydration can occur when the body loses more water than it takes in, such as through sweating. When children don’t drink enough water, they could be at risk for dehydration, heat exhaustion

For children, water is particularly important because this is the primary way for them to regulate their body temperature.

Reminders:

Every child needs to bring a water bottle to school everyday please make sure it is labeled with your child’s first and last name.

Every child needs to have sunscreen on before coming to school we will reapply in the afternoon.
