Dear Sunset Academy Families,

Let us welcome the warmth of June! This time of year brings with it the promise of sun-filled days, new adventures, and countless opportunities for our children to learn and grow in a fun and engaging environment.

Our team at Sunset Academy has been working diligently to prepare an array of enriching activities and special events for our summer program, all designed to ignite curiosity and foster creativity. We believe that summer is a time for exploration and discovery, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey with your children.

Early Closure for Staff Training – Friday, June 14:

Please note that we will be closing at 4:00 p.m on June 14 for staff training. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to enhance our skills and knowledge to better serve your children
As we enter the hotter months, please remember to dress your child in light, breathable clothing, we recommend having a sunhat to keep at school as well.

Hydration is key, so ensure your child brings a water bottle daily. We also recommend applying sunscreen before arriving at the daycare to protect their skin during outdoor play.

This month we would like to spotlight Miss. Elena, our dedicated Panda teacher, who has been with us for 6 years! 

Miss Elena has become an integral part of our family. Her reliability and willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed make her a true gem.

Miss Elena’s favorite part of the day is circle time, where she delights in singing and fully engaging with her students. Her classroom is always a hub of activity, as she moves from child to child, interacting and nurturing each one with care and attention.

Her dedication and passion for teaching are truly inspiring. We invite you to pop by her room and give thanks for all that she does. Thank you, Miss Elena, for your unwavering commitment and the joy you bring to our school!
