“April showers brings May flowers”
Hello Black Bear parents!

Spring is here and with that warmer weather! Please dress your kiddos appropriate for our weather change. Check the extra clothing there’s in your children’s cubby, it might have to be exchanged and you can slowly take winter clothing home.

Please remember to apply sunscreen BEFORE they are dropped off. We will re-apply through out the day as necessary. Don’t forget to bring water bottles and take them home each night to be rinsed!
THIS MONTH:

with the weather changing we will be focusing on the water cycle, Earth day and even rainbows! We will be reading books like “How the Crayons saved the Rainbow”, “What makes a Rainbow” and “DROP, an adventure  through the Water Cycle”.

Along with this we will have fun science projects, videos to watch and a lot of outside time exploring! ☀️

April is also poetry month so, we will be looking into reading/creating appropriate poetry for the Black Bears to enjoy! 📖📚
IMPORTANT DATES:
April 4th & 5th spring photos – including solo, sibling photos and graduation photos

April 5th- make up day for anyone missing photos on the 4th

April 12th staff training/meeting, EARLY CLOSURE at 4:00pm
