Last month we had the Brown Bears vote on what class pet they would like to have in the classroom. The winner of our poll was… the African Dwarf Frog!  

We’re wanting to make sure our frog friends will have a nice home. We’ll have to prep the tank and do some aqua scaping before they can move in.  But this process will tie in well with this month’s theme! We’ll be planting aquatic grass, moss, and other aquatic plants 🙂 This process will take about two weeks, after that we’ll introduce the frogs. We know this addition to the classroom will help encourage curiosity, teach patience/responsibility,  and open many scientific discussions! We are so excited!
