Dear Cubs Families,
Spring is just around the corner, and we are so excited for another wonderful month of learning, growth, and fun in the Cubs classroom! March brings new experiences for our little ones as we continue to explore the world around us. Here’s what’s happening this month:
Classroom Updates:
- As the weather starts to warm up, we will take more opportunities to enjoy fresh air during stroller rides and outdoor play (weather permitting). Please make sure your child has a light jacket and any necessary outdoor gear.
- We continue to focus on sensory play, tummy time, and motor skill development through fun and engaging activities.
Important Dates:
- March 10 – Daylight Saving Time Begins (Don’t forget to set your clocks forward!)
- March 17 – St. Patrick’s Day (Wear green!)
- March 20 – First Day of Spring!
Reminders:
- Please check your child’s cubby to ensure there are weather-appropriate extra clothes.
- Label all bottles, pacifiers, and personal items to prevent mix-ups.
- If your child is feeling unwell, please review our illness policy and keep them home to help keep everyone healthy.
What We’re Learning: This month, we will introduce new songs, sensory activities, and baby-friendly books focusing on springtime themes, colors, and textures. Babies will have fun exploring soft fabrics, listening to seasonal sounds, and engaging in gentle movement activities.
Thank You! We appreciate your continued support and trust in us to care for your little ones. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Warmly,
The Cubs Classroom Team
