June Cubs Newsletter
Hello Cubs families! I thought it would be fun to start off June’s newsletter with some fun baby facts.
Did you know that babies are born without kneecaps? That’s right, they don’t develop until they are six months old. Hence the reason babies don’t start crawling until they are at least six months.
As adults we blink 10 times a minute, babies only blink 1 or 2 times a minute.
Babies have 300 bones. Unlike adults, babies are born with 300 bones. The bones fuse together during growth that makes it 206 when they are adults.
Your baby can influence your heart rate. When a mother and a newborn look into each other’s eyes, their heart rate coordinates in seconds.
Babies laugh 300 times a day. On an average, babies laugh 300 times a day, while adults laugh only 60 times a day.
Those are just a few of the fun baby facts I found. Stay tuned for next months newsletter to learn some more fun facts about your baby.
I would like to send a great big Cubs Welcome to our new incoming June babies, Violet, Beckett, and Sebatian! We are so excited to help you learn and grow.
Last but not least I would like to congratulate our graduating cubs babies, Jack, Calvin and Paisley! We are going to miss your wonderful smiles and laughs.
