Dear Parents,   July brings with it a sense of adventure and exploration, and we have curated a range of engaging activities, educational themes, and outdoor adventures to captivate your child’s imagination. From discovering the wonders of nature to unleashing their creativity through art and storytelling, we are dedicated to providing an enriching and nurturing environment for every child.   Here at Sunset Academy we believe in the power of collaboration and open communication. Our passionate team of educators is committed to working hand in hand with you, building strong partnerships to support your child’s growth, development, and overall well-being. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions, feedback, or ideas you may have. Together, we can create an exceptional child care experience for your little one.   
SPLASH DAYS   As we welcome the sunny month of July, with its warm breezes and bright blue skies, we are excited to announce that most classes have started Splash Days!   Splash Days provide a refreshing break from the summer heat, allowing children to engage in water play and cool off while having a blast with their friends. Please rest assured that our teachers will ensure a safe and supervised environment.   We kindly ask that you provide your child with a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes on designated Splash Days. Don’t forget to label their belongings to avoid any mix-ups. Additionally, we recommend applying sunscreen to your child before arriving at the center to protect their delicate skin from the sun’s rays.    Please note that specific class schedules and details will be communicated to you by your child’s teacher. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Splash Days or any other aspect of our summer activities, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher. 
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES     Music Kids is a fun, educational early childhood music program that integrates  a variety of  musical activities using movement, drums, percussion instruments, puppets, scarves, rhythm sticks, shaky eggs, parachutes, xylophones and musical games into unique and exciting classes. Sept. 7, 14, 20, 28 Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26 Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23 Dec. 7, 14, 21, X   SOCCER SHOTS Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program for ages 2-8, with a focus on character development. Soccer Shots positively impacts childrens lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. Please see the link below for more information and registration.
