It’s a joy to welcome the changing seasons and a new month filled with opportunities for growth, learning, and fun here at Sunset Academy. We invite you to contribute gently used children’s books or purchase new ones to enhance our growing library. Encouraging a love for reading at an early age is crucial for a child’s development. The donation bins will be placed in the main lobby throughout the month, and we appreciate your generous support. Extra-Curricular Activities: Enriching Young Minds and Bodies We are thrilled to continue offering a variety of extra-curricular activities to complement our educational program. This September, we have some exciting options: 1. Music Classes: Explore the world of rhythm and melody! Our music classes provide an opportunity for your child to discover the joy of making music. Enroll your child today to tap into their creative potential. 2. Soccer: Calling all young athletes! Our soccer program is back, providing children with a platform to improve their coordination and teamwork skills while having a great time on the field. 3. Hip-Hop and Yoga Classes: Whether your child wants to move and groove or find inner peace through yoga, we have classes to suit their interests. These activities promote self-expression and physical well-being. Please contact our front desk to enroll your child in any of these exciting activities. Center Improvements: A Foundation for Growth We are pleased to announce the completion of our recent project – the installation of brand-new flooring throughout our classrooms. These enhancements not only elevate the aesthetics of our facility but also prioritize safety and comfort for our children. We remain dedicated to continually improving our center to provide the best possible learning environment. Parent Survey: Your Valuable Feedback We extend our gratitude to the parents who took the time to complete our recent parent survey. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and it helps us tailor our programs and services to better meet the needs of your children. Labor Day Closure: Please note that our center will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 4th. Early Closure for Staff Training: On Friday, September 8th, we will have an early closure at 4:00 pm for our monthly staff training. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain the highest quality of care and education for your children.
