Here is a brief summary for full-time employees who have been working fulltime in the center for more than 90 days:


1. Vacations
Employees are entitled to certain days of vacation starting from completing the first year of service in the school


2. Holiday Pays
Full-time employees are paid for 6 major holidays each year after 3 months of service


3. Personal Days
Employees earn 6 days Personal Days each year


4. Health Insurance
Employ can participate in a group health insurance plan, school pays 50% of the premium


5. Dental Insurance
Employee can participate in a group dental insurance plan, school pays 50% of the premium


6. Employee child/dependent care
Employees can bring their children to the center and attend the center at a discount rate


7. SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan
Employees are encouraged to participate in the company sponsored retirement plan. Company match up to 3% may be available. Eligible employees can go to SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan to start your retirement plan.


8. Employ Life Insurance
The center purchases a life of insurance for each eligible employee
