At Sunset Academy, we use technologies to help achieving our mission of ‘Give Them a Loving Start”.
The school has invested heavily in technologies and we are well ahead of competition curve. The systems enhance your experience at the school, however, it might be confusing at the beginning to deal with so many systems, and we want to clean up with this write-up:
- Procare: Childcare App
This is main App that the school uses. With this APP you can:
- contactlessly check-in/out via GPS-enabled technology or QR codes
- receive daily activities, videos, photos, newsletters and calendars
- receive general and emergency email and text messages from the school
This app can be downloaded here:
- For the iOS/Apple devices, download the app from the Apple Store
- For Android devices, download the app from the Google Play Store
This application is by invitation only, which means you have to receive a code from us to sign up for the service. If you haven’t received the code via email, you should send us an email (director@sunsetacademy.com) to request a code. The activation code can only be sent to the email you left with us in the registration form.
Because of data synchronization issue, the activation code may come a couple of hours after we register you in our school’s backend system. We appreciate your patience.
2. Procare Parent Portal
On this web-based portal, you can do the following:
- Update your contact information
- Check you tuition account activity
- Obtain your year-end tax statement
You can access the website here: https://myprocare.com. Please use the email address you left with us in the registration form to activate your account and login.
3. Social Networks
We push notifications on Social Media. You follow us and spread the word for us via social network. Parents are recommend to follow us on Facebook and twitter (@academy_sunset).
When you think we have done a worthy job, please provide a genuine and positive review one Google Review.
We are independent school and we do not spend tons of money on national marketing programs. Your engagements in social networks help other parents find and choose us.
4. ATS for CCAP
Please remember to use the ATS terminal at Check-in/out area with the code provided to you by CCAP.
