Welcome To December Koala Families,
December is going to be a month full of changes. This month we say goodbye to Ms. Kyla and only wish her the best in her future career path. Ms. Stephani is out on maternity leave and we wish her all the best with her new baby. We welcome to Koala 1 our new Lead Teacher Ms. Melissa and Ms. Lindsey our new Assistant Teacher.

December is going to have colder weather. Please remember students need to bring a warm coat, hat and gloves, even if they don’t think they will need it. Weather can change quickly and it is better to be prepared than caught off guard. We do our best to get the students outside, even if it’s only for a few minutes. We want to expose our students to all kinds of weather including snow and ice.
December also brings the beginning of winter holiday preparations. Please look for a sign-up sheet outside the Koala room for parents to sign their student IN or OUT during the weeks of December 18th to New Years. Please be sure to have this completed no later than December 15th so we can staff appropriately. Please be sure to document specifically “IN” or “OUT” for each day your child.
We will be scheduling parent-teacher conferences in December for our students. Please keep a look out for the sign-up sheets with your teachers. More news on this as the date gets closer.
This is going to be a busy month, full of fun for the Koala students. We are having a blast continuing to learn and grow with our Koala friends and families.
