| Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful time during the holidays with family and friends! Important dates: -We will have our monthly staff meeting this Friday, January 12th at 4:00 pm. Please be sure to make any arrangements needed to make sure your child is picked up before 4:00. Focus of the month:- This month our goal is to keep practicing our fine motor skills, and colors. Friendly reminders: -Please keep your child home if they are showing any cold symptoms.RSV, Influenza and COVID are all sicknesses we have been seeing lately. These illnesses are very quick to spread in the classrooms. Please help us stop the spread of these so we can ensure every one stays safe, children and teachers. If your child is out for any symptoms please make sure to communicate this with me or the front desk. This will help us track any illnesses and how to move forward.-There are fabric hanging file folders by the gate door. Each child has a labeled pocket, please make sure to check it weekly for any art&crafts and/or paperwork that may need to go home.- Please remember to send your child to school with a labeled water bottle (first,last)-Please check your child’s cubby and make sure there is weather appropriate extra clothes. Weather regulations:-With winter months approaching we will also be getting our wiggles out indoors! Anything below 45 degrees can be too cold for the little ones and we will stay inside for anything below that. We do have fun gross motor activities we can do indoors to make sure the children get some move around time. Its been lovely working with all of you and your children!
