Polar Bears- March 2025

🐙
Hello Polar Parents,

We are so excited for March, the theme of the month is Under The Sea. We will learn about some of the ocean animals. The children will love making all the crafts we are going to do. We will be reading books and watching some videos about all the ocean creatures. A big thank you to Miss.Sammie for getting us some Ocean Magna-Tiles and Ocean animals. The letter of the month is “H.” please help your child learn words that start with the letter “H.”

We would like to welcome Otto from Panda 2 and Harvey from out of the program.

We would like to say goodbye to Neysa and Connor who are moving to Brown Bears. We truly enjoyed being your teachers.

ATTENTION PARENTS:

Please check your child’s cubby they need 2 to 3 extra sets of clothes.

Snow pants, snow boots, gloves, heavy winter jackets. These items need to stay at school.

Children need a backpack large enough for their blanket to be sent home on Friday’s to be washed and returned on Monday.

GERMS

Keep students home when they’re sick and let us know why they are absent through ProCare it’s important for us to keep track of any illness in our room.

– If students have a fever they may return to school 24hrs after symptoms have resolved without medication. If vomiting, it is 48hrs after the last time they vomited,  If students have pink eye, they may be at school IF they have prescribed eyedrops. Please be mindful that a classroom is a shared space and others (including staff) are affected by illness
