Teddies Newsletter: April 2021

Dear Teddy (and Cubs) Families,

I hope you are all doing well. As many of you are already aware, Ms. Sammi had an accident and broke her clavicle. She is going to require surgery, and unfortunately will be out for some time. She is missing her class like crazy, and I’m sure she would love get well cards from everyone. If you would like to give one to her, you may drop it with Nina at the school and she will bring it to Sammi.

While Ms. Sammi is out, the children from the Cubs classroom will be coming up to Teddies and will be under my care. Though the timing is sudden, this is a natural transition, as children move up from Cubs to Teddies when they are mobile. I will do my absolute best to give your children the same love and quality of care that Ms. Sammi showed them. Please do not hesitate to message me on the Procare app with any questions or concerns.

In Teddies this month, we are going to be talking about the ocean! Most of our songs, finger plays, art, and books will focus on this theme. If you have any children’s books about the ocean that you would like to share with our class, we would love to borrow them.
