Teddy Bears- November 2024

Welcoming November!

Hello teddy parents! Can you believe we are almost finished with this year? So much has happened and your babies have grown a lot too! As the Cole weather is approaching we will be staying indoors and finding fun age appropriate gross motor activities to do with your littles. The theme this month is family and thanksgiving. We will be talking a lot about families as well as reading books about family and singing songs about family. We will also be talking about Thanksgiving and what it means to be thankful. With that being said, if you have not yet brought a family photo here is a reminder. This month I will be tailoring some of my lesson plans to meet the needs of the different aged children. The older ones will need more stimulating activities which I plan to provide. We will also continue working on drinking out of open cups this month and I encourage all of you to be working on it as home as well. My goal with this is to better prepare them for moving up to Koalas as they use open cups during meal times over there. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.

IMPORTANT DATES:

November 8th: Early closure please arrange for your child to be picked up BEFORE 4pm

November 21st and 22nd: PICTURE DAY!!!

November 28th and 29th: We are closed for the holiday

Parent teacher conferences are also coming up and those sheets will be posted outside the classroom doors so be on the look out for those.

Thank you guys so much for everything you do! It has been an absolute joy working in the Teddy classroom so far and I am excited to continue working with your babies. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me any time if you have any questions or concerns I am always happy to chat and work together to ensure your baby is being provided the best care possible!

With love,

Ms. Tabatha
